✧ General Permissions ✧

✧ Referencing, colouring picking, taking inspo/poses is completely okay! However, I ask that you do not trace or completely copy any of my art or designs, or my style! You may trace for personal practice but DO NOT POST on any social media without my permission. If you ask me about posting with credits there is a good chance I will say yes!

✧ I do NOT allow reposting without credit! ONLY FANART may be reposted WITH CREDIT. DO NOT REPOST COMMISSIONS.

✧ You may use my fanart as a profile pic/ banner! Please DO NOT USE COMMISSIONS or personal art in this manner. The only exception to this is if you specifically ask me if you can use a personal piece as a PFP.

✧ DO NOT use my art for AI training EVER. I do not support the unethical use of AI.
✧ Fanart, fanfiction, headcannons, kinning, shipping of my OCs is allowed unless specified as disallowed for a particular OC! Please check the relevant OCs permissions on toyhouse before making any fan content! Please do not ever kin, ship, make headcanons, or make fanfictions of my sonas.

✧ Art/ Commission Permissions ✧

✧ There will be an additional fee for commercial use! If commissioning a piece for commercial use, pricing will be discussed beforehand, and MUST be paid in full before I start.

✧ Previously personal commissions and giftart can be granted commercial use, but you will still have to pay an additional commercial usage fee.

✧ Payment MUST be 100% upfront unless otherwise discussed/stated! In the case you are a trusted customer, I may allow payment afterwards.

✧ Art can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 year to complete! Please keep this in mind before commissioning me! You are of course free to ask for updates at any time, but please do NOT rush me! I will not be offering a rush fee at this time.

✧ Payment plans are allowed ONLY if discussed before I start the commission. I will not start the commission until it is paid in full, unless you are a trusted customer.

✧ Backing out is not allowed unless in the case of an emergency! Please let me know if you need to back out for any specific reason and I will refund you if needed according to how much of the commission I have completed. Backing out for an emergency will not get you a warning. If you back out or ghost me after commissioning I will blacklist you. This is to keep things stress free in the future.

✧ Refunds will be given according to the amount of completion.

✧ Design Permissions ✧

✧ Currently a Toyhouse is required to own my designs. You may hide my designs from public view but keep me authorized to view them.

✧ All my designs come with commercial use rights. This means you may use them for vtubing, as a mascot, make merch of them, etc. I will not charge extra for this.

✧ You may NOT resell a design for a higher value than the base value (BV) unless it has additional art/crafts/etc. Personal and commissioned works add their full value. (Ex. A design with 20 USD BV would have its value upped to 50 USD if you add personal or commissioned art with value equal to 30 USD.)✧ Additionally, there is a 2 week cooldown on reselling/ trading/ gifting any of my designs. If you attempt to resell/ trade/ gift before the cooldown is up I will blacklist you.

✧ Both partial and complete redesigns are completely fine! Just credit me as the designer for the original piece.

✧ Co-owns are allowed but please specify who will be involved and who is paying what. Once paid in full, I will not get involved in any disputes, etc, between the concerned parties, nor will I give refunds to those who back out of the co-own (after all involved parties have paid). Aside from at the time of purchase, you may freely decide to co-own any of my designs you own at any time without notifying me of who is involved.

Backing out for an emergency will not get you a warning. If you back out or ghost me after claiming a design/ winning an auction/ etc, I will give you a warning. A second time will end you on my backlist.

✧ If you have already bought a design from me and somehow end up on my blacklist, I will NOT reclaim ownership of that design or ask you to sell it! I just will not associate with you and/or let my future designs go to you (depending on the circumstance).

✧ Madbishh/ Madbish - Recieved a custom commission from me and put it for sale less than an hour later, which is against my TOS. Claimed to not have had any input when I asked multiple times for their ideas; lied about commission process.
